1) The art on Imagery Eternal may contain material that is not suitable for viewers under 17 years of age, as it may include explicit, sexual content, extreme violence, and other offensive content. By joining this site, you are freeing its owners, administrators, and moderators of any and all responsibility for what you choose to view. You also understand that your account can, and most likely will, be terminated if you are caught posting adult material if you don't meet age requirements. YOU MUST BE 17 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO POST OR VIEW NC-17 RATED ARTWORK.
1b) In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act potential members have to be 13 years or older to join Imagery Eternal.
2)In order to showcase your artwork on Imagery Eternal, you must be a registered member of the Eternal Destiny website and then you must register here (using your Eternal Destiny username). Yes, we'll be checking. Why? Because this art site is a perk for the people that support the main site. ^_^ Registration is MODERATED, so if we don't see that you are a registered member of the archive site, your registration request will be deleted.
Once you've done that, you will need to submit your work for approval. Art is NOT rejected based on quality, as we celebrate all levels of talent. Rejection would only be based on size, the age of the poster, suspected plagiarism, and images that are not allowed on the site.
2b) Submissions can take up to three days to be approved, and if your work has been rejected, you will be contacted with a reason. If the error can be repaired, you're more than welcome to make corrections and re-submit.
3) Anyone submitting three or more works will be given a personal album, otherwise, your piece will be placed in a general art folder (if the art is NC-17, it will be placed in a protected section). If you intend to post more than one image, we encourage you to submit several at once so that your personal album can be created right away.
4) Since Imagery Eternal is privately owned and operated, the administration reserves the right to reject any photo that compromises this website. We strive to make censorship a dirty word, but some images are just not acceptable such as:
A) Anything that even remotely resembles child porn (kids on kids).
B) Minors (that look pre-pubescent) in sexual situations with adults (this includes rape, bondage etc). In other words, pedophilia.
C) Racist or "hate" artwork that insults any ethnic group or religious practice.
D) Artwork meant to "flame" another artist or author.
However, Yaoi/Yuri, nonconsensual sex, and graphic violence (between adults) is accepted. If you have any questions about submitting a piece, contact an administrator.
4b) Imagery Eternal is not just for InuYasha and Kagome fanart. All fanart depicting characters from the show InuYasha is acceptable. This includes an InuYasha character paired with another fandom character and/or an OC.
5) You must be 17 years or older to submit/view NC-17 artwork/designs. No exceptions. Period.
5b) If you are 17 years of age or older, and wish to gain access to our NC-17 gallery, you must contact an IE Administrator with the following information:
Eternal Destiny/Imagery Eternal username: (You must be a registered member of both sites)
Birth Year
Valid/working e-mail address
If any of this information is missing your request will be denied. If you are given access to the adult gallery and it comes to the administration's attention that you do not meet the age requirements, you will be BANNED from Imagery Eternal altogether. We take this rule very seriously and won't tolerate deception.
6) Each submitted image must not exceed 800x800 and we reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our size requirements.
7) Personal photos (yourself, your friends, your pets), artwork centered around other other fandoms, and OCs that are not accompanied by an InuYasha character are not permitted.
8) Posting artwork that does not belong to you is plagiarism and you will be banned from Imagery Eternal and Eternal Destiny immediately if you're caught. If you are submitting a collaboration (a piece that you did not create alone), the other artist(s) must be credited with your submission.
8b) Artists own the copyrights to their work at all times. You're simply allowing Imagery Eternal to display it. With that said, any artist can ask to have their work removed from the site for any reason at any time.
9) Digitally created wallpaper is allowed, but the use of fan art images is not permitted. That means that you can't use borrowed fan art to create any wallpaper that you plan to upload to Imagery Eternal, as it can be considered a form of plagiarism. If you want to use your own artwork to create a wallpaper, that's fine. Also, wallpaper submissions must be in the following dimensions:
800x600 or 1024x768 only.
10) Hotlinking is strictly prohibited.
11) Commenting is HIGHLY encouraged (please feed the artists), as we'd like the site to thrive and become a relaxing haven for InuYasha fans. But please refrain from posting with the intent to start flame wars. Constructive criticism (CC/Concrit) is more than welcome, but disrespectful, hurtful comments (this includes threats of any kind) won't be tolerated. The first offense will result in a warning, the second, a 30-day suspension, and the third, account deletion. Please follow the rules.
12) Please respect the owner, administrators, and moderators of this site. They all work very hard to bring you an enjoyable community. To disregard this simple request will lead to the termination of your account. If you have any issues that need to be addressed, please feel free to contact the administrators and we'll look into it. 13) Imagery Eternal is NOT responsible for the loss of data/art/information due to technical/server difficulties or account deletion.
14) The rules on this site are not negotiable and are subject to change. Though there will be announcements when new rules are added, it's the members' responsibility to keep themselves informed. If you feel that you can't abide by these requirements, please refrain from joining our site.
