IMAGERY ETERNAL'S TERMS OF SERVICE 1) The art on Imagery Eternal may contain material that is not suitable for viewers under 17 years of age, as it may include explicit, sexual content, extreme violence, and other offensive content. By joining this site, you are freeing its owners, administrators, and moderators of any and all responsibility for what you choose to view. Furthermore, you also understand that your account can, and most likely will, be terminated if you are caught posting adult material if you don't meet age requirements. YOU MUST BE 17 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO POST OR VIEW ADULT ARTWORK. 1b) In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act potential members have to be 17 years or older to join Imagery Eternal. 2)In order to showcase your artwork on Imagery Eternal, you must be a registered member of the Eternal Destiny website. Then you must register here using your Eternal Destiny username. Registration is MODERATED and accounts will not become active until an administrator has approved them. If you are not a registered member of the Eternal Destiny archive, your registration request will be deleted. Once registered and the account is deemed active, members will need to submit their work for approval. Art is NOT rejected here based on quality, as we celebrate all levels of talent. Rejection would only be based on inappropriate size, age requirements, suspected plagiarism, and banned imagery. 2b) Submissions can take up to three days to be approved, and if the work has been rejected, the artist will be contacted. 3) Any member that submits three or more works will be given a personal album in an appropriate category. Otherwise, art will be placed in a general art folder (if the art is adult in nature, it will be placed in a protected section). If a member intends to post more than one image, we encourage them to submit several at once so a personal album can be created right away. 4) Since Imagery Eternal is privately owned and operated, the administration reserves the right to reject any artwork that compromises the integrity of this website. We strive to make censorship a dirty word, but some images are just not acceptable such as: A) Shotacon or Lolicon (Child porn or pedophilia). B) Racist or "hate" artwork that insults any ethnic group, religious practice, or sexual orientation. C) Artwork meant to "flame" or slander another artist or author. D)Personal photos (i.e. yourself, your friends, your pets). However, Imagery Eternal is not just for InuYasha/Kagome art. *All fanart depicting characters from the anime/manga InuYasha* are acceptable whether they are yaoi, yuri, or violent in nature (that includes art depicting non-consensual sex). Crossovers and OCs (as long as there is an InuYasha character present) are also accepted. 5) To view or submit adult art, you must be a registered member of the archive. However, keep in mind that by joining this gallery you are declaring that you are at least 17 years of age or older*, and do not find adult material harmful or offensive. 6) Submitted images must not exceed 800x800 and we reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our size requirements. 7) Plagiarism is the equivalent of an instant* ban from Imagery Eternal and Eternal Destiny. If you are submitting a collaboration (art that you did not create alone), the other artist(s) must be credited with your submission. 7b) Artists own the copyrights to their work at all times. They are simply allowing Imagery Eternal to display it. With that said, any artist can ask to have his or her work removed from the site for any reason at any time. 8) Digitally created pieces are allowed, but we do not accept work that was created with fanart unless the poster can verify that they have permission from the original artist. This means anyone that submits wallpapers, signatures, avatars, or any digitally created piece to Imagery Eternal must be able to produce credentials upon demand if their work includes fanart. Not doing so will be considered a form of plagiarism. 9) Hotlinking is strictly prohibited. 10) Comments are highly encouraged, as the goal of this gallery is to share our creations and love of InuYasha. But please refrain from posting "toxic concrit" (Constructive criticism designed to create flame wars) and vulgar, slanderous comments because it won't be tolerated. The first offense will result in a warning. The second, account deletion and banning. 11) Respect the Imagery Eternal staff. They all work hard to bring you an enjoyable community and disregarding this simple request will lead to the termination of your account. If you need to contact an admin for any reason, do so here. 12) Imagery Eternal is not responsible for the loss of data, art, or information due to technical/server difficulties, hacking attempts, or account deletion. 13) Imagery Eternal's Terms of Service and Submissions Guidelines are not negotiable and are subject to change at any time without prior warning.
